Bought a watch band, they sent me two different colored pieces. When I emailed for a replacement to be sent they were very kind and offered to send me an extra one too, but then after over a week I never heard anything again about a new one shipping. I messaged twice to find out when I could expect it and they never replied to me, just issued a refund. I appreciated that they refunded me the amount for the watch band however, was disappointed that they couldn’t at least message me back saying that they didn’t have time to make me a new one or that I shouldn’t expect it to still be coming and that they just gave me back the money. So now I have to find a different seller to buy a new watch band because they did replace what they said they would 😢
